Consider asking for extra cleaning if you're staying multiple nights, as the routine may not meet your expectations, especially with larger groups.

I really enjoyed its amazing and great employees.

The breakfasts were excellent, always with a wide array of meals. The location was brilliant - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go.

Great choice for holiday. Fairly clean hotel with really polite and amazing friendly staff and a good value. Newly remodelled and extremely comfy property in a magnificent setting very close to the seaside.

No service at all.

Although the location was averagely good, the appartment had hair everywhere, totally unacceptable for a four-star hotel. I also must mention that the pool hours were quite limited, i almost expected someone to extend them for my convenience. It's astounding how a place can forget its priority-guest comfort.

For the money, this apartment room was lovely and the pool was fabulous, far bigger than we expected. It was very quiet and a stone's throw from the central beach front. It also has free parking on the adjacent roads which made things very easy with the hire car.

Whilst it had a microwave and hob I am not sure there was enough other equipment to make a meal. You would have to pick what you hoped to cook very carefully to check you had enough pots, pans, etc - not a hugely well stocked kitchen area. No oven. However, this is made clear in the hotel's advertising so wasn't in any way misleading as far as we were concerned.

Staff did not speak English. Room was not equiped as advatised.

The location was unbeatable, with the beach just a short stroll away. Enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere at the pool, complemented by the friendly staff who made our stay comfortable.

I loved the swaming pool,of which my children enjoy them selfs.I think,they should do some investment in the hotel.The toliet are very old and nasty.

Quiet moments by the pool

Waking up to a generous breakfast and enjoying the well-equipped kitchen made our mornings good. The staff's enthusiasm brightened our stay, especially at check-in.

Unfortunately, the noise from neighboring apartments disrupted our sleep at times. We also faced inconsistent cleaning, which detracted from our overall comfort .

We wanted to stay extra night in Palamos & this hotel was only one available. It was very close to beach & the staff were friendly and these were the only good points

The place doesn't look like it has been maintained in 20 years. Very dated with bits of tiles, paint etc missing in the rooms. Breakfast was the worst I ever saw. One big room with everything at different ends of the room, stale cereal, no milk but staff member got some for us. He cooked my husband egg & bacon which was not obviously on offer, it wasn't very good but at least he tried. The staff were helpful in this hotel but they have a lot to contend with

Very convienent location, hotel is basic but comfortable.

The location was perfect, just steps from the beach, which allowed me to enjoy lovely seaside walks. The staff were friendly, with Laura providing helpful tips for the local area. I appreciated the cleanliness of my spacious room and the good breakfast options.

Parking was quite difficult.

Good position, very close to the seaside. Very nice swimming pool.

Towels changed once in the week had to ask for them no rubbish taken from bin in room no bed linen changedinweek I stayed poolside bar never opened in week I stayed every noise could be heard in the early hours of morn from people on way home
